Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon receipt of payment unless otherwise noted on product page. Personalized and customized orders are subject to longer processing times due to the nature of the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates and delivery day estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
- United States: 2–7 business days
- Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal: 7–14 business days
- Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden: 10–16 business days
- Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia: 10–18 business days
- All other beautiful countries not mentioned above: 10–21 business days
Carriers We ship via USPS, DHL Express, and FedEx. Carrier availability varies by destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes West Creek Media ships internationally from the United States. Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@westcreekmedia.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment and make it right.
