How does the child in need receive their free book when I buy a book?

When you purchase a book on our site, it automatically triggers a donation of a book to a child in need. We ship the donated books to vetted organizations and non-profits working with low-income, displaced or disadvantaged children. How do I receive my free Kibble Wildflower Mix seeds?

Free Kibble Wildflower Mix seed packets are automatically added to every eligible Kibble book order (48 US contiguous states). Please note, we purchase our non-GMO, pesticide-free, organic seeds through a third-party and they arrive pre-mixed. We then hand package our Kibble Wildflower Mix in-house. While we do our best to maintain consistent varieties, seed packets do vary and availability is conditional upon our supplier's supply. If unavailable, you will be placed on a waitlist to receive your seed packet in order of your order date as soon as supplies become available. No purchase is necessary to receive a free Kibble Wildflower Mix seed packet. Which cards do you accept and when will you debit my account?

We accept payment forms offered at the bottom of this website page and at the end of the order process when you reach the payment options. We do not accept cheque or bank transfers.

Payments are taken at the point of order. When you place your order on our site, payment is debited from your account as soon as the order is placed. If accepted, your method of payment will be debited. If rejected, and you do not provide an alternative method of payment which is accepted, the order will not be processed. If you do not see the payment on your account within 4 business days of placing your order, or you do not receive an email confirmation of the shipping of your order, please contact our customer service at store@westcreekmedia.com

Will I be charged additional fees?

We do not charge any extra fees for paying with a particular valid payment means, above and beyond the cost of your order and the charges for delivery.
