Refund policy
We value you and want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand you may want to cancel your order, return, or exchange products.
We offer a 14-day free return policy from the date you received your item(s). If after 14 days, please still contact us - we'll do our best to make it right. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and in the same condition received. Please also include the packing receipt, order number, invoice, or proof of purchase in your return to expedite processing.
To start a return: Contact us at store@westcreekmedia.com and let us know the issue, how you would like it resolved (exchanged, refunded, store credit, etc), and include your order number/proof of purchase. If approved (see exceptions below), we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at store@westcreekmedia.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of some products, certain types of items cannot be returned like gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, seeds or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), unsealed media (such as CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray, audio, video games), digital downloads, software media, auction items, items with tags removed, used, or worn, and certain collectibles or other non-returnable items specified on the Site unless defective or an error was made on our part. Please let us know when getting in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Benefactor sponsorships and monetary gifts are greatly appreciated and are non-refundable unless funds have not yet cleared or appropriated to specified use. Benefactor sponsorships and gifts are not tax deductible through West Creek Media. Please contact us for non-profits who work with West Creek Media. Benefactor support helps fund our live-events, beach and forest clean-ups, research, WCM Monarch program, environmental kits for communities, teachers, and children in need. Please contact admin@westcreekmedia.com as soon as possible if a return of funds is desired.
Exchanges
We exchange defective or damaged items for the same item within 14 days of receipt. Send us an email at store@westcreekmedia.com. Let us know the reason you would like it exchanged (or returned), and include your order number/proof of purchase. We’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the status of your refund. West Creek Media refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may have additional processing times to post refunds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@westcreekmedia.com.
